JOHN CORABI Performing Acoustically In Atlanta; Video Available

October 15, 2008

Fan-filmed video footage of John Corabi (MÖTLEY CRÜE, RATT) performing on October 11, 2008 at the Red Light Café in Atlanta, Georgia with Brandon Gibbs and Glen Burtnik can be viewed below (clips uploaded by YouTube user "Union1998").

Corabi left RATT in August and was replaced by QUIET RIOT guitarist Carlos Cavazo.

In a recent interview with "The Classic Metal Show", Corabi stated abut his departure from RATT, "I wanted to get behind the microphone again and start doing my thing. I'm starting to get offered shows on my own. I work as well with Gibson Guitars, so Gibson actually sends me around to a lot of music stores — I work for their acoustic guitar division. I just tell tell people… give them a little history about Gibson and talk about how their guitars are built and why they should possibly own one, and then I sit and I play a bunch of my material acoustically and just sign records and take pictures and then take off and head to the next store. So between that and my solo career, I've just been so busy that I haven't been home. So I just told RATT, as much as I didn't wanna leave the band, I'm just so busy right now, I don't have the time to do all these different things, so I had to cut something out."
